Social Storyteller
TrailHead seeks a high-energy multi-tasker with excellent people skills and a sense of adventure. The Social Storyteller is expected to manage the social media channels for a specific list of clients. This management includes developing creative content with our team, posting it to all applicable platforms, and monitoring posts for comments, engagement, etc. Proven experience working within the brief to develop content for various clients is preferred.
The Social Media Coordinator is expected to collaborate with the Content Designer, Creative Director, and the rest of the TrailHead team to ensure all designs and posts are accurate and within the client strategy. The candidate would be responsible for staying current on the latest social media best practices and technologies. Strong communication and people skills are a must.

TrailHead Creative is a small, growing team of creatives obsessed with the outdoors. We’re a brand marketing agency that specializes in helping small to medium-sized businesses grow. We primarily work with brands in the outdoor space but welcome any clients that align with our core values of Community, Conservation, and Craft. Our primary clientele includes fly fishing guides, outdoor NPO’s and regional businesses focused on community building or conservation.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Curation: Develop, design, and curate high-quality content across various digital platforms.
Content Planning: Competently manage social media and content production calendars
Graphic Design: Create visually stunning graphics, layouts, and visual content that align with clients’ branding and campaign goals.
Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with our creative team to design and implement effective digital media strategies tailored to each client.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital media performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Skills:
Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, concise, and compelling content.
Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
Experience with graphic design tools like Canva; video editing skills are a plus.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop unique and impactful content.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
